or “us”) products and services, including the purchase of set-top boxes and yearly subscriptions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2.1 Set-Top Boxes
Glow TV sells set-top boxes for accessing digital content. All purchases are subject to
availability and confirmation of order.
2.2 Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are offered in addition to one-time purchases. Subscriptions will renew
automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK to purchase products or subscribe to
services.

4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Payment
Payments are processed through Wise or PayPal. Glow TV does not store your financial
information; all payment details are handled securely by these providers.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes, unless stated otherwise. Glow TV
reserves the right to update prices at any time.
4.3 Billing
Billing and shipping information must be accurate and up-to-date. Orders may be delayed or
canceled if incorrect information is provided.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Glow TV will deliver set-top boxes to the UK address provided during purchase. Delivery times
are estimates and may vary. You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds
 Refunds for physical products are subject to UK consumer protection laws.
 To request a return or refund, contact info@glowtv.co.uk.
 Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has started, unless otherwise
required by law.

7. Account and Subscription Management
 Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
 You may cancel or manage your subscription by contacting info@glowtv.co.uk before
the renewal date.
 Glow TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on Glow TV’s website or devices are owned by Glow
TV or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without
express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
 Glow TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our products or services.
 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to content or that devices will be error-free.
 Liability for defective products is limited to the purchase price.

10. Third-Party Services
Glow TV may provide access to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for the
availability, quality, or legality of any third-party content or services accessed through our
products.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Glow
